When you connect a social media account, we receive information authorized through the relevant platform's OAuth process. Depending on permissions granted, this may include: account identifiers, username, account name, profile info, access tokens, token expiration, publishing capabilities, and content publishing information.

When you connect a social media account, Fyntbox securely stores access credentials or tokens necessary to perform authorized actions such as publishing scheduled posts, images, and videos.

The Content Writer module processes user prompts, content briefs, keywords, topics, brand voice, audience information, generated outlines, SEO information, internal links, editing instructions, and content drafts to generate, edit, validate, and manage marketing content.
Creative Studio processes creative prompts, images, logos, brand assets, design instructions, campaign information, generated creative concepts, poster designs, and carousel designs. Uploaded and generated assets are stored in your Fyntbox workspace and Library.
FyntClips processes video files, images, audio, text, captions, subtitles, timeline configurations, animation settings, and exported video files. Video processing may utilize temporary processing infrastructure, and final exports are saved to your Library.
Planning Hub processes business goals, audience info, campaign objectives, content pillars, platforms, content calendars, and briefs to generate structured marketing plans and schedules.
Scheduler processes connected social accounts, scheduled dates, times, time zones, captions, hashtags, media assets, publishing status, platform responses, and publishing errors to publish content at the time and destination selected by you.
Brand Kits contain logos, brand colors, typography, brand guidelines, brand voice, images, visual references, and messaging guidelines used by Fyntbox AI and creative tools to maintain brand consistency.
The Fyntbox Library stores images, videos, documents, content, creatives, templates, brand assets, and generated media associated with your workspace, accessible according to workspace member permissions.
Review and Approvals processes draft content, creative assets, video assets, approval comments, reviewer identity, approval status, feedback, and review history to facilitate collaborative marketing workflows.
We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, log information, session metrics, feature interactions, and performance data for security, analytics, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
Fyntbox may use third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, database hosting, file storage, AI model processing, image and video processing, authentication, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, social media APIs, and error monitoring under appropriate data processing terms.
Certain Fyntbox features use external AI providers. Relevant prompts and inputs are processed by these providers to produce outputs. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data into AI prompts unless explicitly supported.
